Mindfulness and Discipline

Hello am so delighted to share on my
opinion on the topic: mindfulness and discipline.this topic has cause controversial debate which one is seen more superior to the other but i must say that this two topic goes hand in hand with each other, and now we raise a half breed of humans for this error. you can see a person mindfull but not disciplined and on the other hand disciplined but not mindfull and it is questionable?so let Analyse and share useful thoughts,please seat down and bring back our attention as we go through this journey.

Mindfulness and Discipline.

Mindfulness and Discipline are liken unto husband and wife who have taking the oath of marriage for better for worst till death do us part.these two works hand in hand with each other.that is to say both are important.

What is mindfulness?

Mindfulness can be seen as having the right state of mind about a thing or an approach.so it can be said a state of being good but for how long i can you have the right state of mind?if i may ask? what what if your right state of mind was tired to a thing or person?

And here are some reason or thing that make people are mindfull,benefit, family, achievement,money,cars,girls,alcohol,and more but come to think if these strings or source dries or stops? What happens next ?I can tell this happiness stop and a wrong thought takes over. Why cause there were nothing to keep this right of state of mind for a long time in good and bab.

On the other hand what is Discipline?

Discipline is the process of been consistent on a thing.now the big question what are you consisten on.so you see Discipline need something to act. Now you joining the right state of mind and plus consistent to be right weather the conditions favours you or not.Now make you perfect human.serving humanity not because of what you can get.

Benefit of being Mindfull and Discipline.
The benefits are many cos you learn to work not because of what you can get but because it is the right thing to do.even when it does not favour you. It Foster peace and contentment the danger of not having this quality is we become selfish. Because we act on only thing that favours us .

What is my advice here to my reader?
I know that maybe you have hold unto mindfulness or Discipline. But am telling you that for the light of change to follow we must join positive (mindfulness or Discipline) and negative(Mindfulness and Discipline) to ignite the light that shine for selflessness and fair. why not give a chance to Change.it might be hurting at the beginning but at the longer run I bet you you will be a thing of envy and of reference.so as we go into our day to day activities we should always have a right state of mind and be decpline not just for a day,month,years but a life time of growth,
And by so doing we would make the society clean and free from some self degradation and danger we face on day today activities
