Here comes another week's prompt, the community with creative ideas.
To forget is actually part of human beings, it's what we can't do without it due to the stress of brian work we do most at times, also our sense of reasoning matters, someone with low acuity could not comprehend or recall easily.
"Have you ever as a kid meditated what your parents sent you to get or you were sent on an errand, but very unfortunate reaching the place you still forgot?"
Kind of weird right, I guess we all pass through this, I'm a victim. I'm speaking from experience.
As a kid, even with your fresh brain you comprehend fast and easy to recall but still forget things, why?
Kids are easily carried away by attractive things, majorly events. It draws your attention easily without a remote.
MY EXPERIENCE!
The weekly prompt reminds me of my secondary school days, me and my friend.
First term of academic session(ss1) I got admitted into secondary school, I happened to meet with a new student just like me. From there our friendship began, we happened to be from the same arm class(ss1B) and the same hostel. What a coincidence I wouldn't say the same room actually but indeed it's (tbh).
It was a boarding school then “Divine” and I met, we do most of our activities together just as twins would do, we are best friends i actually, to a point our fellow students keep calling us twins.
We have been attending lessons together, our homework we did together almost everything. After a while of attending lessons, exams happen to be fast approaching. Though we've been reading throughout our night preps and afternoon preps towards exams.
In The week to exams we were all prepared and wished exams should commence immediately, soon enough the exams week arrived.
Exams commence, our first exams of the day is physics we are starting with. We are all set and the exams began.
“Sad or bad fairy tales”?
The exams started and were going smoothly, but what happened to “Divine” and I got me "stunning". I recall that particular exam over and over.
All we study hard happens to be wiped out of the score. I thought of memories lost but it wasn't, could it be exams fright? not to an extent. I guess we don't have retentive memories.
DON'T FORGET!!
I believe less work and stress-less brain work could ease the forgetfulness.
"Diet can also help keep our systems functioning well."
Most people ignore sports, sports isn't about building a body or muscles alone, it's to keep our body fit, though the sports vary depending on which one you partake in. Engaging in sport is good.
How about natural fruits that keep you young and healthy.
Above all try not to forget.
