Hola amantes de la arquitectura, llevo unos días un poco atareada con un proyecto que me pidieron hacer y quisiera compartirlo con ustedes. Resulta que en mi país está de moda ahora los nuevos actores económicos, así les llaman a los trabajadores por cuenta propia, MIPYMES y Proyectos de Desarrollo Local, que son aquellos que se están encargando de levantar un poco nuestra economía, los emprendedores como le llamamos.
Hello architecture lovers, I have been a little busy for a few days with a project that I was asked to do and I would like to share it with you. It turns out that in my country is fashionable now the new economic actors, so they call the self-employed, MSMEs and Local Development Projects, which are those who are taking care of lifting a little our economy, entrepreneurs as we call them.
Pues resulta que uno de estos emprendedores vino a visitarme en estos días para que lo ayudara con un ranchón recreativo que quiere hacer en la salida del municipio, enseguida puse manos a la obra y me enfoque completamente en la nueva obra que iba a realizar.
It turns out that one of these entrepreneurs came to visit me these days to help him with a recreational ranch that he wants to do at the exit of the municipality, I immediately got down to work and I focused completely on the new work that I was going to do.
Lo primero que hice fue visitar el lugar para ver las potencialidades que tenía y como debía quedar todo. Y luego, pues, me puse a soñar y diseñar.
The first thing I did was to visit the place to see the potential it had and how everything should look like. And then I started to dream and design.

Tenía que hacer el ranchón, pero a la vez necesitaba una cocina para la elaboración de los alimentos, servicios sanitarios y un almacén para guardar los productos que se vayan a elaborar, y fue así como quedó la planta arquitectónica: un área de mesas interior que sería el ranchón en sí, un área de mesas exterior con unas pérgolas como elemento de protección solar, un almacén, servicios sanitarios y cocina, estos los hice de paredes de bloque, y techo de zinc.
I had to build the ranchón, but at the same time I needed a kitchen for the elaboration of the food, sanitary services and a warehouse to store the products to be elaborated, and that was how the architectural plan was: an area of interior tables that would be the ranchón itself, an area of exterior tables with pergolas as an element of solar protection, a warehouse, sanitary services and kitchen, these I made with block walls and a zinc roof.
Luego de terminar con la planta arquitectónica comencé con lo que en realidad me gusta a mí que es todo el proceso de diseño en 3D para que el cliente pueda ver de una forma más real como quedará su obra, puse cada mobiliario, las cosas de la cocina como son equipos de cocción, elementos decorativos y agregué una barra con sus banquetas como división del ranchón a la cocina. En este proceso se ponen las cubiertas, los materiales y también toda la vegetación que se pueda para darle más vida al lugar y que el render se vea lo más real posible, pues como ya dije, esta es la mejor forma que tiene el cliente de ver cómo quedará su obra.
After finishing with the architectural plan I started with what I really like which is the whole 3D design process so that the client can see in a more real way how his work will look like, I put each furniture, the things of the kitchen such as cooking equipment, decorative elements and I added a bar with its benches as a division of the ranchón to the kitchen. In this process I put the covers, the materials and also all the vegetation that I can to give more life to the place and that the rendering looks as real as possible because as I said this is the best way for the client to see how his work will look like.

Ya después que esté todo acomodado, que se dan los colores de las paredes y demás, pues empezamos a renderizar, esta es la parte más estresante del proceso, demora cantidad, y si no es en una buena máquina demora aún más porque consume casi todos sus recursos en esto. Lo primero que hago es configurar las opciones de cómo quedará, le pongo el cielo que me guste, ajusto las opciones de la imagen (tamaño y resolución) y todo lo que se pueda, ya por último pongo a hacer el render. Se pone a calcular cada forma, material y sombras unas cuantas veces y luego que termina comienza a renderizar como tal. Yo casi siempre dejo la computadora en eso y me pongo a hacer otra cosa porque no tengo mucha paciencia.
After everything is settled, the colors of the walls and so on, we start rendering, this is the most stressful part of the process, it takes a lot of time, and if it is not in a good machine it takes even more time because it consumes almost all its resources in this. The first thing I do is to configure the options of how it will be, I put the sky that I like, I adjust the options of the image (size and resolution) and everything that I can, and finally I start to make the render. It starts calculating each shape, material and shadows a few times and after it finishes it starts rendering as such. I almost always leave the computer to do something else because I don't have much patience.
