Hello everyone,
How are you all. I hope you are always in good condition and happy.
I am really surprised by the business world, especially about the coffee shop business. The thing is, I often come across several coffee shops that finally close after surviving for 1 year, but there are still many other coffee shops that have opened amidst the onslaught of this business in society.

There are several of my favorite coffee shops that have finally closed, even though the taste of the coffee is delicious, whether this is driven by the relationship between the coffee shop owner which turns out to be few, the service, management or marketing of the coffee shop, it makes me wonder. Is the coffee shop business still relevant today? amidst so many appearing, there are even so many coffee shops near my house. Even though it is close by and not far from a rival coffee shop.

Likewise with fancy coffee shops, in my opinion, fancy coffee shops are one of the references for many coffee shops that feel that they can compete, even though in my opinion it doesn't stop there. Indeed, there are many coffee shops that even have many branches, but there are also those that fall very deep and leave the business owner in debt because they cover much larger costs.

For example, this coffee shop, which still exists amidst the onslaught of other fancy coffee shops. COffeenatics, this is one of the coffee shops that is the pioneer of fancy coffee shops in the city of Medan. In the past, I still really remember the first time I went to Coffeenatics, they were on Jl. CIk DItiro, precisely in front of SMA Negeri 1 Medan. At that time, they only had 1 outlet and were not as popular as they are today.

This business is increasingly making Coffeenatics bigger, currently there are 3 outlets, one of which I visited this time. It's so interesting that I will discuss it, because this coffee shop is in one of the city centers of Medan which is a place where many people, especially Gen Z, hang out and entertain themselves.

Coffeenatics opened in Tijili Square, previously a popular fancy restaurant, which had been around for a long time but apparently they fell and were temporarily closed. Then it changed to COffeenatics which in terms of design and architecture is very charming. Even though the remake of Tijili Square is actually quite long, because I started in June 2023, it was finally officially possible to visit it at the end of last November.

Coffeenatics is famous for its distinctive coffee, especially since they are very confident about bottled coffee, which is a favorite of all visitors. But not for me, I like the taste of other coffee variants which I think are very fresh, made directly on the spot by the barista.

Coffeenatics, with a glass door opened by a young woman who was working there, presented me with a menu book which I immediately ordered and also a cake menu which I had been eyeing when I first saw it. Coffeenatics is also famous for its delicious pastries, you know.

The Coffeenatics concept at Tijili Square is really unique, I saw monotony with black, minimal light and also monochrome. The monochrome concept is very thick, bold and elegant. This coffee shop is very spacious and has lots of chairs and tables. You can even enjoy your work here, meetings with clients or family, because the table in the middle is quite large and can be used by many people.

With a monochrome concept that makes this coffee shop look very comfortable, suitable for enjoying a cup of coffee and cake, chatting with friends and it will make your time feel like it doesn't go by so fast. There are several indoor plant accents in several corners, even on the table. The plants are so fresh and well cared for in glass pots.

I like the corner that defines the curtain on the window, even though it's not functionally important, it's an interesting design that makes people interested. Is it true? I think they are good at making something simple look luxurious and elegant. Like small gold jewelry when worn, it is not too flashy but adds to your appearance. I can describe it like that.

The size of this coffee shop makes the atmosphere in the room more spacious, not crowded even though it is quite busy with lots of people. With music that is quite calm, not too loud and with a vibe like this, it's quite good for a little vacation from the stress of work, or you can bring your work to do here.

Of course, I like this charming interior design. This indoor coffee shop is indeed a favorite, but you can also enjoy it outdoors which is perfect for drinking coffee in the afternoon. Of course, you have to wait for the sun to dim a little, for those who like smoking, you can make the outdoors your favorite place.

Not only are the indoors and outdoors attractive, but the toilet is perfect for tying it all together. I think many coffee shop businesses don't pay attention to this small place, in fact the coffee shop is very busy with visitors, the interior design is very good, elegant and luxurious, but when you enter the toilet you will feel disgusted. Not for Coffeenatics, they even pay attention to the details of the comfort of customers who have to use the toilet.

I like the concept, like industrial fashion, even this toilet emphasizes nature. Like the roof being slightly open, it allows air to escape quickly, especially as toilets usually emit a bad smell, but not if they are open like this. I can see clouds from this toilet seat and could probably just take a long time and relax on the toilet.
