Nuevamente podemos apreciar una propiedad de color llamativo, algo que redundan en las propiedades de la ciudad. La segunda propiedad es de una construcción notoriamente más simple, aun así no deja de ser una hermosa construcción, bien al estilo de pueblos pesqueros, donde el material predomínate es la chapa acanalada. El estilo de techo obedece a la época en la que fue construida esta propiedad; Una pronunciada caída con techos a dos aguas para evitar acumulamiento de la nieve, complementa el estilo de construcción, las grandes ventas de la época. Como pueden observar, esta propiedad tiene un nombre ¨El¨¨primer¨¨Argentino¨ y está relacionado a la llegada de unos de los primeros habitantes, la familia ¨Fique¨, propietarios de este negocio de venta de consumo masivo. En la placa podemos apreciar la fecha y el agasajo que se le hace a este negocio llamado ¨El¨¨primer¨¨Argentino¨, un lugar con mucha historia, todo el pueblo concurría al lugar a comprar sus alimentos.
