Hello Architecture+Design Community 😊
Come back again with me @romirspc here and today i want to share about Aesthetics Architecture and Beautiful Design Of Taqwa Mosque to all of you guys 😊
Taqwa Mosque is the oldest mosque in my city, where this mosque is located in the center of Metro city and has a large area so that a lot of architecture and various unique and aesthetic designs were built. The Taqwa Mosque has also carried out several renovations so that a lot of things were built starting from the building sector, the environmental sector and the design of this mosque so I am very interested in sharing it with my family in the Architecture+Design Community.
Taqwa Mosque was built around 1967 or about 55 years ago, this mosque became the center of religious activities in my city and even had many activities and brought many Islamic religious leaders from various regions to fill the event. First i will explain on the front of the taqwa mosque where you can see the building as a whole has a very aesthetic and unique architecture by having a mixture of semi-Arabic architecture and European model designs.
Taqwa Mosque has 4 main domes and 1 minaret where in the front there is a small dome for the entrance to the mosque, for the color of the building itself has a blend of cream, dark brown, yellow and green colors. Uniquely in the color of this building you can see the yellow paint list that forms a typical Lampung batik pattern which characterizes that this mosque is located in Lampung Province.
Next i will discuss in more detail the building of the Taqwa Mosque where you can see the photo above is the side of the Taqwa Mosque where in this section there is a unique and classic architecture of the Arabic building. There is a main wall that is shaped like an entrance and has a small door that has a similar shape, then you can see on the wall of the mosque there is a window that reads Arabic where underneath there is a board that has a unique pattern, namely Lampung batik.
The picture above is a photo that i took on the front of the Taqwa Mosque, you can see there is a small dome as the entrance from the front of the mosque where this dome has several pillars and is designed with several holes with the design of the entrance to the mosque in Arabia. For the color itself, it has a mix of cream, dark brown and yellow colors. As i said before, the yellow color on the small dome is one of the characteristics of Lampung batik. Furthermore, there is a tall minaret beside the mosque which has a unique architecture that has light green, dark green and yellow colors. This tower is also above it has a miniature moon and stars as is typical of other mosque.
On the inside of the mosque there is a wide area as a place to pray for Muslims, in this section there are many pillars and various architectures which mostly adopt arabian buildings, then there is a carpet with arabian patterns, on the walls of the mosque there is a large painting in Arabic.
On the left side of the area inside the mosque there is a barrier where there is a separation between men and women when praying, and on the right side there are also many pillars that surround the area inside the mosque and there are some interesting miniatures and wall decorations there.
This section is my favorite part where the roof of the mosque has a very aesthetic and unique design, in this section there is a large flower painting all over the roof of the mosque which has a mix of many colors where the outermost part is also inserted with the Lampung batik pattern so that it has artistic value according to I am very nice and cool.
The Taqwa Mosque also has many entrances where each entrance has the same design as the door of white wood and clear glass then the walls have black and white colors which add to the aesthetic value and beauty of the interior design of this mosque.
