We were in the other town on Thursday last week and made a few stops for some stuff. One was when the hubby dropped by the LGU office to acquire a certification he needed as an attachment for his additional driving code application. We (Yongi and I) stayed in the car and that was when the mirrored sky, clouds, and other things on the backside windows of a parked red car were photographed.
I thought of the Reflection Hunting initiative on seeing them so I wasted no time and just clicked... clicked... clicked and more clicks, lol! I'd be doomed if I dumped them all so here are just a few.
Seeing the Smiley gave me a good chuckle and while grinning, I noticed that the stickers were mirrored too and I thought, "Why not take a pic of that as well?" so I aimed at it and tapped the button a few times until there was enough of them to choose from.
I didn't even realize we had been waiting a little over ten minutes until I saw the timestamps on these photos. It was quite fun to have taken snaps of the reflections while my Lil Guy was in the driver's seat, quietly observing the outside world through the window rolled down halfway.
The hubby returned and realizing we were leaving, I grabbed the other phone and quickly took more shots as he started the engine. It felt like I didn't have enough.
These, on the other hand, were seen in a ditch. We were visiting JB's crops on that same day when I took snapshots of them. The mirrored images (of grass, little ferns, etc) on the water were quite cool so I'm including them here.
An hour later, we found ourselves in Ms. D's Kitchen. It was past 1 pm and we were already starving. Lucky us as one table was unoccupied. However, they didn't have other available meal options so we went for their sizzling plate (Sisig) which was quite spicy but tasty nonetheless.
Meanwhile, it's a drizzly Wednesday morning down here in DD. Yagi (the storm) has left so this may be its tail or something. Coincidentally, we got an invite for a housewarming party today but I'm having second thoughts about going in this kind of weather, although it would be a nice chance to meet new people in the neighborhood.
But will see... until then, let me just enjoy the warmth of our lil abode while I think about it.😅
Happy new day, everyone!
