The Myna birds woke us up early this Sunday morning with their usual chorus. We love it when birds chirp like they are serenading us. The hubby is thankful as they serve as his natural alarm clock, lol!
We were to take another drive to the other town for some urgent stuff but my hormones say otherwise so Yongi and I are staying. Who knows we might take a lil adventure when the sun comes up, or go back under the covers after a cup of hot chocolate.😅
Anyway, I was cleaning my phone gallery when I noticed some reflection pictures that had not been shared before so why not give them the spotlight today?
These were at Our Northern Coffee House (ONCH) along the Halsema highway. We had an early dinner there on the 16th of last month. I have previously shared some reflections on the tabletop on the same restaurant but failed to include these.
Here's a vague reflection of the pitcher (water with a few cucumbers) standing tall on our table. They may have run out of water glasses and provided paper cups that evening, lol! But yeah, the lazy me just took the shot right where I was, without considering I was facing the brightest light.
The setting sun gave us a lovely view from our table. (I have previously shared this photo on the dinner post. More sunset pictures from the same place here.
And I would say the following pictures displayed half reflections and shadows. I read from coolmidwestguy the other day that shadows are black so I assumed the colored ones are reflections. Amiryt or not?😁
This, for instance, had the pitcher's reflection and the post and cups' shadows. Perhaps @intishar would argue with me on this, lol! But yeah, this time, there isn't any ghost in my shadows unless you do have a third eye and able to see one again.😂
Well, I have to say this has been fun. That probably is why we love hunting for shadows and reflections. Will see if this will motivate me to take Yongi on that adventure down the road today.
Have a terrific weekend, everyone!
