It's the 7th yet the holiday hangover still lingers. I wonder if it's just me feeling so. And the truth is, besides coming online and Hiving, I have not done anything fruitful irl since we got home. Unless sleeping during the daytime counts, then that was mostly what I had been doing. Worst, the husband supports it, lol! Probably because he wanted to enjoy watching K-drama and me snoozing means Yongi too and that means perfect for him (less disturbance)😅
Anyway, speaking of the holidays, let me share some reflections captured during our evening stroll at SCC. We were about to leave when I noticed something nice so we went closer and yay!
Part of the church facade, the concrete benches, the Christmas tree, and the blue & golden lights were mirrored in the accumulated rainwater (I think it rained earlier that day).
I took several pictures but most of them look almost identical so I chose these few. Even the lanterns by the second-floor windows had their reflections (although they looked tiny - right pic below).
The reflections in this pic overlapped, lol! The angle at which it was photographed was not ideal but gave the reflections some twist. I love the colorful cube lanterns on the table.
Here's a closer look. Unfortunately, the reflections are not as sharp as we wanted but still viewable😊
And this last pic was captured by the husband. I rushed to the spot with Yongi in my arms and was not aware he was taking pics too. A few young people were watching us in the distance, probably wondering what we were about to do.
The lights kind of made a mess but I think they can be considered reflections too, yes?😅
Anyhow, these were the last reflections that we hunted in 2024. It's been fun capturing them and I hope to hunt some more and get better shots this year.
Thank you and happy hunting if you're into this too :)
