Magandang buhay!
Hmmm... It's Thursday and let's talk about shadows.
Again?
Yep! Didn't I confess not so long ago that I was hunting shadows even before coming to this blockchain?
You did!
Then let me share some more, yeah?
These were plant shadows (flowers, tree branches, etc) at the Polig Farm where the Rocky Trail was. Those who read me might still remember since I wrote about it not so long ago.
About 100 or so meters away from the giant kettle, there is this blue container van near the garden and while walking along that area, the shadows popped into view, hence these.
These were on the bridge. The railings cast some nice linear shadows.
And these were on the rocky trail. Yongi and I trekked to the Grotto where the statue of a large bird was. While there, we photographed various shadows but most of my captures are yikes, lol! Thankfully, these are at least viewable.
Perhaps it was too hot for the Lil Guy that he stopped climbing the stairway and hid behind the plants and railings for some shade. It was 5 pm but the sun's heat was still strong. He's quite the resourceful pup😍 These pictures of him included various plant shadows (although they are a bit messy).
Got more shadows under the butterfly-shaped shade. I think people can have picnics in that area, with the concrete benches and monobloc chairs. The shadow on the right pic was mine. Intishar would say my shadows must be so tired of me already but I think not, lol!
Meanwhile, the hubby was shooting his own shadows too, and some. The shadows of the railings and cypress trees are quite cool.
Yongi and I descended to where the blooming Indian Clock Vines were and I can't help being fascinated with their intricate beauty.
These are just a few pics taken in that spot. Maybe I should dress up next time and we could do a photoshoot under the vines.😅
The hubby came and we walked back to the entrance because my sister called saying they already ordered some snacks and were waiting for us at the cafe.
We joined them and snacked on pancakes and Pancit Lomi (noodle soup). The kids ordered Takoyaki for takeaway. We left the place afterward and headed to our next destination which I have yet to write about. And please be warned, there are shadows in that place too! And why not? Hunting shadows is fun!😅 If you'd like to join us, check this post for more details.
Thank you and until our next hunts! Have a fabulous day (night) wherever you may be.
