Strolled again to the mouth of Maragayap River , just beside the surfing spot of Cabanaroan Beach here in Bacnotan, La Union, Philippines and got this beautiful foreglow as the sun is battling its way against the clouds.
As I walked to the side of the river, I found this banca or wooden boat with bamboo outriggers used by fishermen parked on the river bank with its front side reflects on the water.
The water looks so calm though the wind gently blows on its surface which gives a mild distortion to the reflection of the rising sun along with the clouds.
Then I walked further to have some sort of exercise as early morning walk is the best way of working out for me and this is what I saw when I look at the view of the river.
The sun is still struggling to free itself to the clouds that surrounds it and it casts a radiant reflection to the water. It also casts a reflection to the dew drops that are like delicate gems that stuck to the leaves of a shrub.
I also noted two fishermen sat at the edge of the river and observing the movements of the water for possible sightings of fish.
Then the fishermen stood up to cast their net as they sighted a school of fishes swam to the water.
The other fisherman moved further to stretch the net to trap the fishes.
Then they moved away from the river bank to trap more fish that they presumed to be still swimming in the water.
As it gets hot as the sun is already up, I walked to the seashore before going home and saw another fisherman washing his net on the beach.
This is my entry to REFLECTION HUNTERS CONTEST #115 hosted by Ms. @olgavita. Thanks to the sponsors and good luck to all the participants.
