The impression which politicians have given us over the years have made us not to believe anything good from them. They have usually come up with proposals which they never care to actualize. They usually make promises without fulfilling them. We know them to be bunch of deceivers.
I have observed a difference in the present administration of Kwara State government. There has been massive rehabilitation of roads. Most of the bad roads have been repaired. I took these pictures while passing through Unity Road. This road used to be one of the damaged roads in the city of Ilorin. But now, the government has refurbished the road.
The beauty of the city is coming out now. Some of the spots that used to give the city a bad face have been transformed. There are beautiful galleries and plazas constructed all over the state capital.
