There is nothing more enjoyable than enjoying what we have been fighting for. The gardening activities that I have been struggling with have made me even more enthusiastic about trying many things.
In fact, I have more positive energy than I did before when I didn't garden. My busy life starts from preparing the plants to be planted, raising beds, to daily plant care. It makes me busier but actually keeps my mind away from negative thinking.
Before, I often felt down in my mental health. I often feel like I'm not as successful as other people. I often feel that I am an unimportant person in this world and there are many other insecure things when I don't keep myself busy.
Living as the youngest child made me often compared to my older siblings. That used to make me down a lot.
But now, I'm better! My husband said, now my emotions are more stable. I am more cheerful and no longer cry at night. Oops 🤣
Well, before getting into the dinner recipe this time, I'm also sharing the news that today I upgraded my dumbbells.
Usually, I use 2 kg per each dumbbell. I have been using those 2 kg dumbbells for a year. I feel like those dumbbells are too light for my body during workouts. So, I decided to upgrade to 4 kg per each dumbbell. Happy for this change. ❤️
In the afternoon before getting dark, I harvested all of my cauliflower plants. I will share the video with you another time. I am quite satisfied with this harvest compared to the first cauliflower plant harvest some time ago.
With a successful method for dealing with damage to cauliflower heads, finally all cauliflower heads can be harvested in good condition.
Indeed, the cauliflowers I harvest are not as big as the cauliflowers on the market. But I feel very proud of myself that I can finally care for cauliflower plants from the seedling stage from seed to harvest. ❤️☘️
With the results of this cauliflower harvest, I made a delicious dinner. A simple dish but enough to lock in the taste of these fresh vegetables to make them delicious.
I only used a few seasoning ingredients but the results taste really good and my husband approves of them. The combination of sweet potatoes, also mushrooms, green beans, and cauliflowers worked well on our dinner table, for our happy feelings.
THE INGREDIENTS
- 200-300 grams of sweet potato
- a cauliflower head
- 100 grams of mushrooms
- 100 grams of green beans
seasoning
- 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp of plant based butter
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp of coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp of pepper powder

A veggie bowl is ready to be served with steamed sweet potato. ❤️ Since I use the type of honey sweet potato so the taste is superb sweet. In my area called Honey Cilembu Sweet Potato to indicate that this type of sweet potato has a sweet taste like honey.
I was surprised when my husband said that the combination of those ingredients tasted good on his tongue. I was happy that this simple vegetable combination was acceptable to my husband.
We finished it all in an instant. I love how fresh and crunchy the cauliflower is from my organic garden. So, until next. ❤️
