Listening to the sound of birds chirping melodiously, the sounds of animals that I can't even identify their types. I like to be silent for a moment when I'm going to pick banana leaves in a small field near my house. Being in the open air like this does open up many opportunities for us to enjoy different experiences every day.

I am grateful that the area where I live still has natural space available. A small garden in the yard, a wild area near the rice fields. In fact, banana trees still grow wild. That's why I can use the banana leaves for cooking.

Speaking of banana leaves, again, I will make a side dish using banana leaves as a wrapper. With the many banana leaf resources in the nature around me, it makes me always excited to make various variations of food menus if I have free time.

Because it takes more time to use banana leaves as a wrapper for food. But the results are really satisfying. The distinctive aroma of banana leaves that cannot be replaced with anything else.

I have a feeling this dish is not for me (tofu is not my thing), but it sounds pretty nice.
