Hi, flu day. I got it from my husband. Lol. Our noses feel filled with disgusting mucus. If only my throat and ears also suffer.
Usually, my husband will buy spicy fruits salad, really spicy. But for a couple days, my husband couldn't even go out of the house. So, he asked me to make something spicy.
I was looking for ideas for a while. Aha! How about tofu? We also don't have an appetite. So, tofu will help fill our stomachs to be more full.
In this recipe, I also use ginger which will warm our bodies even more. Besides, I also have our favorite vegetables in stock. Oh, this will be a great idea for us who have a cold.
If you are not a fan of spicy food, then you can omit the chili powder ingredients for this recipe. So, stay tuned for spicy treats!
