So, due to the bad weather these days, our family members are more prone to various diseases.. So, I thought that eating food made in our garden would be good for our health.
Eating protein-rich foods is very important for our body to fight against diseases that infect the body. Because antibiotics and antioxidants can be produced easily from protein-rich foods.
So, one of the protein-rich vegetables in our garden is dambala. This Winged bean has a higher amount of protein than beans...
So I added jackfruit seeds to increase the nutrition in the winged beans. In fact, jackfruit seed is a very nutritious and delicious food. People who do not eat eggs can get nutrition from eggs from jackfruit seeds.
Jackfruit seeds contain starch and carbohydrates. It is a very good food for the growth of small children... So today I have brought you a method of cooking winged beans recipe.
ingredients
*Winged beans350g
*Chilli 10g
*Rampe 5g
*Onions 10g
*Curry leaves 5g
*1 cup grated coconut
*Jackfruit seeds200g
*Mustard 1 tbs
*salt 2 tbs
method

Cut the winged beans into small pieces..

Then separate the jackfruit seeds into two parts and clean it.

Then boil the cleaned jackfruit seeds for a while.

Then grind onion and chillies and coconut..

Then add the oil after the pot is heated.
6 steps
Now add curry leaves and mustard to the hot oil.
7 steps
Then add the boiled jackfruit seeds to it and mix.

Then you add salt to the required amount to the finely chopped winged bean and put it in the pot.

Then add grated coconut, chillies and onions.

Mix it well. cover and boil it well for fifteen minutes..
So guys ,you can eat this winged bean curry with rice.. This dish is best for breakfast..
