- 300 gr of cassava
- 150 gr of grated coconut
- 70 gr Palm sugar
- 10 gr sugar
- Pinch of salt
How to make grated cassava with coconut steam;
- Peel the cassava then clean it from the adhering soil, then set it aside. Take a grater to grate the cassava, adjust the desired texture.
- Pour palm sugar and sugar into grated cassava, then steam in a bowl. Steam the grated cassava for 15 to 20 minutes until the cassava is soft and easy to eat.
- After that, steam the grated coconut for 10 minutes, add a little salt and stir until smooth.
