I hope you are fine. Today , I will share a recipe of spicy green chillies pakoda (Chili Fritters). Take the classic Mirch Ka Pakoda to the next level by pairing it with delicious stuffed potatoes. 🌟 10-12 large green chilies
🌟 2 medium-sized potatoes, boiled and mashed
🌟 1 cup gram flour (besan)
🌟 1 teaspoon carom seeds (ajwain)
🌟 1 teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera)
🌟1 teaspoon turmeric powder
🌟 1 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
🌟 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
🌟1 teaspoon dried mango powder
🌟Salt to taste
🌟 Water, as needed
🌟 Oil for deep frying

𝙎𝙏𝙀𝙋 𝘽𝙔 𝙎𝙏𝙀𝙋 𝙈𝙀𝙏𝙃𝙊𝘿

𝙋𝙧𝙚𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙎𝙩𝙪𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙣𝙜:
🪷 Heat a pan over low heat .add 1teaspoon oil and roast a blend of spices ( cumin seeds, fennel seeds, turmeric, red chilli,dried mango powder,coriander powder) until fragrant. Add finely chopped onions and saute until golden brown. Mix in the boiled and mashed potatoes, salt, and any additional spices to taste. Ensure all ingredients are well combined.

𝙎𝙩𝙪𝙛𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝘾𝙝𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙚𝙨:
🪷 Wash the green chilies and pat them dry. Slit each chili lengthwise, removing the seeds.


🪷Stuff each chili with a generous amount of the prepared potato filling, ensuring it fills the entire length of the chili.

𝙋𝙧𝙚𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝘽𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧:
🪷 In a mixing bowl, combine gram flour, carom seeds, cumin seeds, baking powder, red chili powder, and salt. Gradually add water to form a smooth, thick batter.

𝙁𝙧𝙮 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙋𝙖𝙜𝙤𝙙𝙖𝙨:
🪷 Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat. Dip each stuffed chili into the prepared batter, ensuring it is evenly coated. Carefully place the coated chilies into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.

𝙎𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙚:
🪷Using a slotted spoon, remove the pakodas from the oil and drain excess oil on a paper towel. Serve hot Mirch Ka Pakoda with Stuffed Potatoes with your favorite chutney or sauce.

My mother also makes chili pakodas but she doesn't add any spices inside, she just dips the chili's outside in besan and then fry it well in oil.

But It seems good and i think it's taste was also better👌🏻
