I hope you are happy & amazing. I am also fine .Today I am going to share a new recipe with you which we call Chole Curry (Chick Peas)kabuli chana masala
delicious chana curry from Punjabi cuisine is popular in all over India. A spicy and tempting curry is prepared from white chickpeas (kabuli chana), tomatoes, onion and basic Indian spices and best enjoyed with bhatura (deep fried puffed Indian bread) and cumin riceas evening snack or dinner. In this recipe, channa are boiled Learn how to make this delicious curry at your home with this easy step by step recipe🌿

💫INGREDIENTS 💫

1.bowl kabuli chana chickpeas (chickpeas)
2 tablespoons oil
2 green chillies
4onion crushed
ginger garlic paste
3 tomatoes crushed
a little cumin
teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
half teaspoon red chilli powder
half teaspoon garam masala
half teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon mango powder
8 black peppers
3 clove
1Cardamom
1 large cardamom
a little cinnamon
salt as per taste
coriander leaves🌿

💫for pressure cooking:💫

1 cup chickpea / chana(kabuli chana)

water, for soaking

1/4 tsp baking soda

3/4 tsp salt

3 cup water, for pressure cooking

Soak white chickpeas in water overnight or for around 8-10 hours.

Pressure cook soaked white chickpeas with, enough water and salt in a 3- liter capacity steel/aluminum pressure cooker over medium flame. After 4-5 whistles, turn off the flame and let the pressure comes down naturally. Do not open the lid immediately to cook the chana perfectly. Open the . Drain the excess water from boiled chickpeas in a large bowl. Keep the drained water to use later in the recipe. If pressure cooker is not available, you can also use a deep pan to boil chickpeas but it would take more time to cook.

.💫METHODS TO MAKE KABULI CHANA CURRY💫

Heat 3-tablespoons cooking oil in a kadai or pan over medium flame. Add 1 bay leaf and Cumin black pepper 3 Clove 1 large cardamom Cinnamon to cook. 1-2 minutes. Add onion purry and ginger garlic paste add green chilli. Mix well and cook for 30 seconds.

add tomato puree And turmeric powder red chilli powder coriander powder cumin powder garam masala Aamchur powder(mango powder)Add more salt as per taste and add some water cook everything well for 10 minutes

After that, when a oill appears in the masala, add boiled chickpea in it and mix it well with the masala And add 2 bowls of water in it and let it cook on low flame.with 15 min

Cook until gravy becomes thick, it will take around 4-5 minutes. Turn off the flame.

Transfer white chana masala curry to a serving bowl and garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve it hot with bhatura or steamed rice.
