Sunday, is the time we have been waiting for take a break from the workload. Today the weekend I just stay at home, because there is still work to be done. After busy with activities, it was time for lunch. I remember a few days ago, there was vegetable noodles, half of which I had cooked the gravy, I left half of it for make fried noodles. So that's my lunch menu today.
The vegetables in the refrigerator are also complete, because a few days ago I just went shopping. To complete today's fried noodles, I made colorful ones to whet the appetite and enhance the look. That's why it's charmingly fried noodles, I enjoy it with my sambal (chili sauce home made)
The ingredients I prepared are:
• Diet noodles vegetables
• carrot, thinly sliced
• 4 young corns, cut into oblique angles too right
• 2 steam caisim: cut into medium size
• 6 dried mushrooms, thinly sliced
• Spring onion
Spices
• 3 cloves of garlic
• 3 chilies
• 1 tsp oil
• 1 tsp salt
• flavoring
• pepper
• 1tsp oyster sauce
• 1 tsp sweet soy sauce
• Water
Step Cooking
• Heat the oil in Teflon
• Fry the garlic, then stir-fry until fragrant
• Add chilli, then stir-fry until fragrant
• Saute carrots, dried mushrooms, and young corn at the same time
• Add a little water, cover for a few seconds
• Open the Teflon lid, then add seasoning
• Add seasonings: salt, flavoring, oyster sauce then add a little water
• Mix the Vegetarian Mien, stir so that the spices are evenly distributed and not too mushy.
• Add vegetables, then add a little sweet soy sauce, to make the dish more delicious
• Put on the spring onions, then ready to serve.
Noted: When serving fried noodles in a serving plate, sprinkle spring onion on top the food, to make it nicer.
By cooking “Fried Vegetarian Noodle with caisim, carrots, baby corn and dried mushrooms” I don't need to stir-fry vegetables anymore. Because this menu already includes several vitamins that the body needs. That way, I don't have to leave the house to buy lunch. I can even eat these noodles for dinner too.
How's your Sunday? What activities you do and what is the menu for lunch?
