The pulp and water are a great source of nutrients and provide a delicious flavor to food.
Ingredients:
1 coconut (the pulp)
Half a sugar cane panela
1 tablespoon of cinnamon
5 cloves
20 ml orange juice
Preparation:
We take the coconut pulp and pass it through a grate.
