Pumpkin is an incredibly nutritious vegetable that we use to prepare various types of dishes. Required Ingredients...
🍀 pumpkin 100g,
🍀 1 finely chopped onions.
🍀 2 green chilli pods finely chopped.
🍀 curry leaves.
🍀 Some finely chopped garlic.
🍀 A piece of rampe.
🍀 1 teaspoon of sugar.
🍀 Salt as needed.
🍀 1 teaspoon crushed chili powder.
🍀 Coconut oil for frying.
Method of making....
First, thinly slice the pumpkin as shown in the pictures.
Next, thinly slice the green chilies, onions, and garlic.
Next, take a pan and add a little coconut oil. Place it on the stove and heat the oil until it becomes hot. Then, fry the pumpkin slices until they turn golden brown.
Next, take a pan and place it on the stove. Add about 2 tablespoons of coconut oil. Once the oil is heated, add the chopped garlic, onion, curry leaves, green chili, and pandan leaves. Sauté them for about a minute until aromatic. Then, add chili powder, sugar, and salt to the mixture, and stir well to combine.
Next, add the fried pumpkin pieces to the pan with the sautéed mixture. Mix everything well to ensure the pumpkin is evenly coated with the spices. Allow it to cook for about a minute, then remove it from the stove.
