Required Ingredients...
🍀 1 beetroot cut into small pieces.
🍀 Some grated carrots.
🍀 1/2 a cup of grated coconut.
🍀 2 Cup of Wheat flour.
🍀 Salt to taste.
🍀 About 3 cloves of garlic
🍀 A small piece of ginger.
🍀 About 3 kochi chili pods.
🍀 Coconut oil for frying.
Method of making....
1 Step.
First, take the chopped beetroot and add it to the cup of a blender. Along with the beetroot, add garlic, ginger, and green chilies. Blend everything well until it forms a smooth mixture.

Next, take a bowl with flour and add the blended beetroot mixture to it. Then, mix in grated coconut, salt, and a little water. Combine everything thoroughly to form a smooth dough.
3 Step.
Next, divide the dough into small portions. Sprinkle a little flour onto a flat surface and roll each portion into small round shapes.
4 Step.
Next, place a pan on the stove and add a small amount of coconut oil. Cook the roti on both sides, flipping them until they are evenly toasted and cooked through.
