Good evening to all my friends on Hive! How are you doing? Imagine enjoying a delicious snack during a relaxing moment—how great would that be? Today, I prepared a unique snack just for moments like these, and it turned out absolutely delightful! I got the idea from a YouTube show and used ingredients like mashed potatoes, carrots, wheat flour, and corn flour to bring it to life. This snack is flavorful, nutritious, and super easy to make, making it perfect for a family tea time or a quick treat during your free time. So, let’s go through the steps of making this snack!

Required Ingredients...

🍀 A well-boiled and mashed potato.
🍀 A well-boiled and crushed carrot.
🍀 1 Cup of Wheat flour.
🍀 1/2 Tablespoon of Finely crushed garlic.
🍀 2 Tablespoon of Corn flour
🍀 A few finely chopped curry leaves.
🍀 Coconut oil for frying.
🍀 1 teaspoon of pepper powder..
🍀 1 teaspoon chili powder.

Method of making....

First, take a bowl and add the wheat flour. Then, add the mashed potatoes, mashed carrots, chopped garlic, curry leaves, and corn flour. Mix everything well to create a smooth, even mixture.

Next, add chili powder, pepper powder, and salt as needed. Mix everything well until the ingredients are evenly combined.

Next, add two tablespoons of coconut oil to the mixture, along with the chili powder, pepper powder, and salt. Mix everything thoroughly. Then, add a small amount of water to create a dough-like consistency, mixing until it all comes together smoothly.

Next, take the dough mixture, apply a little oil to your hands, and shape it into small balls. You can also shape them in any way you prefer. Place each ball separately once shaped.

Next, take a pan and add some coconut oil, placing it on the stove. Once the oil is hot, fry the small balls until they turn golden brown. Remove them from the pan and set aside.

The addition of sweet potatoes and carrots provides essential nutrients, while the chickpea and corn flour contribute to a satisfying texture and flavor. Give this a try!
