Hello dear hive friends,
Good morning, How are you? Today, I will share a delicious dish with you. It’s a nutritious and tasty stew made with raw peanuts and green bananas. This is a brand-new dish for me; I had not prepared it before. I saw it in a recipe book and decided to give it a try. It’s really tasty. This mixed curry with peanuts and green bananas not only tastes good but also provides many nutritional benefits. The curry is most delicious when made with freshly harvested peanuts, but I used the peanuts I got from the market, and there was no lack of taste. Let’s see how to prepare it.
Required Ingredients...
🍀 Raw peanuts 100g.
🍀 5 Green bananas.
🍀 Onion, finely chopped.
🍀 A few chopped green chillies.
🍀 Some curry leaves.
🍀 A few cinnamon sticks.
🍀 A little bit of finely chopped garlic.
🍀 1/2 Cup of coconut milk.
🍀 1 teaspoon of chili powder.
🍀 1/2 teaspoon of Fenugreek seeds.
🍀 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
🍀 Salt as needed.
🍀 Coconut oil for frying.
Method of making.
1 Step.
First, take a vessel, add water to it, and put the raw peanuts in. Keep it on the stove until it boils well. After the peanuts are boiled, remove the skins.
2 Step.
Next, take the green bananas, remove the top peel, and cut them into round slices. Add the slices to salt water.
3 Step.
Then finely chop the onion, garlic and green chillies and keep them separately.
4 Step.
Then take a pot and put it on the stove, adding coconut oil. Once the oil is hot, add the sliced banana pieces and fry them until golden brown. Place the fried banana slices on a paper towel to absorb the excess oil.
5 Step.
Then take a pan and add a tablespoon of pure coconut oil, heating it on the stove. Once the oil is hot, add the fenugreek seeds. Then, add curry leaves, cinnamon bark, green chillies, onions, and garlic, mixing well for about a minute.
6 Step.
Then add chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, boiled peanuts, and fried banana pieces to the pan. Fry the mixture for about two minutes.
7 Step.
Then, add half a cup of coconut milk to the pan, mix well, and cook for about 3 minutes.
Now this mixed stew is ready. It's easy to prepare and pairs perfectly with rice. Rich in protein and healthy fats, peanuts provide essential nutrients like vitamin E and magnesium. This recipe I prepared is enough for about four people. If you try this too, adjust the quantities to suit your needs. I'll meet you again with another new dish.

Have A nice day.
