Good morning to all hive friends, how are you? Today I have brought a delicious dish to share with you. It's a radish fry. It is an incredibly simple yet delicious dish that can be prepared in a very short time. It is a vegetable that not only tastes good, but also provides many nutritional benefits. And radish is a low-calorie vegetable. Radish contains dietary fiber which helps a lot in digestion and maintaining a good digestive system. It also contains vitamins, potassium and other nutrients. So most people don't like radish because of its bad taste. But after cutting it, put it in salt water and wash it, its smell is reduced to a great extent. So, let's see how to prepare this delicious radish dressing.

Required Ingredients...

🍀 Radish 200g.
🍀 2 teaspoon of crushed chili powder.
🍀 Salt as needed.
🍀 1 teaspoon of sugar.
🍀 1 teaspoon of Mustard seed.
🍀 A little chopped onion.
🍀 A few chopped green chillies.
🍀 Some curry leaves.
🍀 About 3 dry chili pods.
🍀 A little bit of finely chopped garlic.
🍀 2 tablespoon of coconut oil.

Method of making....

First, wash and clean the radish leaves, cut them finely and add them to the salted water. Also, take the radish root, remove the outer skin, cut it thinly and add it to the salted water. Meanwhile, finely chop the onion, green chillies and garlic.

Then squeeze the radish leaves and radish and remove from the salt water.

Then take a pot and add about two tablespoons of coconut oil to it and let it heat up on the stove. After the oil heats up, add mustard seeds and add garlic and onion. Mix it up.

Then add curry leaves, dry chili pieces, crushed chili powder, salt and sugar to it and fry it for about 1 1/2 minutes.

Then add the radish and mix well. Fry it for about 4 minutes.

Then add the radish leaves and fry for about 3 minutes while mixing well. Meanwhile, if the coconut oil is not enough, add some. Then remove it from the heat.
