Good morning hive friends, how are you? Today I thought of making an amazing recipe for breakfast. We have a delicious recipe to share with you. That is the roti prepared from cassava. Various dishes are prepared from cassava, but this goes beyond the traditional dishes of our country. I added ingredients like carrot, onion and coconut to increase the nutritional value of this. Rich in vitamins and minerals, Cassava Roti is a food that can be enjoyed by young and old alike. It also has nutritional properties like dietary fiber, potassium and manganese. Required Ingredients...
🍀 Cassava 500g.
🍀 A finely chopped carrot.
🍀 A little chopped onion.
🍀 2 green chillies, finely chopped.
🍀 Finely chopped curry leaves.
🍀 2 Teaspoon of crushed chili powder.
🍀 Salt as required.
🍀 Some drumstick leaves.
🍀 1 Cup of Grated Coconut.
Method of making....
1 Step.
First, remove the outer skin of the cassava, wash it clean and cut the cassava into small pieces.

Next, the cassava cut into pieces is boiled. Add some salt and turmeric powder to it.

Next, mish the boiled cassava pieces well.
4 Step.
Then add chopped carrots, onions, chilies, curry leaves, drumstick leaves, chili powder, and salt to the well-mish cassava and mix.
5 Step.
Now add grated coconut to it. Mix it well again and make it into a ball.
6 Step.
Then take a banana leaf and apply coconut oil on it. Take the cassava mixture into a small ball and make it thin.
7 Step.
Then take a pan and keep it on the stove. After it gets hot, turn the thinned roti and burn both sides and remove it from the stove.
So in this way the roti from cassava is ready. Roti is very tasty. Also, the ingredients used to prepare this roti are highly nutritious. By giving this to children and adults, they can get the nutrition they need in the morning from the same bread.
