Good evening, dear hive friends! How are you all? I hope you are doing well. Today, I have a delicious curry to share with you - soy meat and potato curry. Packed with protein, vitamins, and minerals, this dish offers a satisfying and nutritious meal for any occasion, and it's incredibly tasty too. Even vegetarians can enjoy it with pleasure, as it offers a creative and flavorful option. I served this recipe with rice this morning at home. Now, let's dive into the step-by-step process of making this delicious curry that excites the taste buds and provides essential nutrients for your body.
Required Ingredients...
🍀 Soya Meat 50g.
🍀 2 Potatoes.
🍀 2 chopped green chillies.
🍀 3 or 4 cloves.
🍀 Curry leaves.
🍀 A few sticks of cinnamon.
🍀 A finely chopped onion.
🍀 A little chopped garlic.
🍀 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
🍀 3 teaspoon of roasted curry powder.
🍀 Salt to taste.
🍀. 1/2 teaspoon of Fenugreek seeds.
🍀 1 teaspoon of roasted curry powder.
🍀 1/2 teaspoons of chili powder.
🍀 Coconut oil 250Ml.
🍀 1 Cup of coconut milk.
Method of making.
First, take the soy meat and place it in a cup. Add about a cup of hot water and let it soak for approximately 5 minutes. Meanwhile, wash and clean the potatoes, then cut them into small pieces.
Then take a vessel, add coconut oil to it and let it heat on the stove. Then fry the cut potato pieces until golden brown.
Then remove the water from the soya meat boiled in hot water and squeeze it well. Then add fried curry powder and salt to it and mix well.
Then take a cooking vessel and add about a tablespoon of coconut oil to it and put it on the stove. After it gets hot, add fenugreek seeds, cinnamon, onion, garlic and cloves to it, mix and leave it for about a minute.
Then add turmeric powder, chili powder, curry powder and mix well. Add green chillies, curry leaves and coconut milk to it and cook for about 2 minutes.
Then add boiled soya and fried potatoes to it and cook for 5 or 6 minutes. After that remove it from the heat.
So, this delicious and nutritious Soy Meat and Potato Curry is now ready. The addition of spices enhances its flavor and aroma, making it a delightful dish whether served as a side dish at home or for guests.
