Good morning to all my hive friends! How are you? Today, I have a delicious recipe to share with you. It is a fry made with Gourd Luffa peels and potatoes. For this, I used the peel of a Gourd Luffa that I have grown at home. It is very clean and freshly chopped. I suggest not using market-bought ones, as they may contain chemicals and lack freshness. This recipe transforms simple ingredients into a delicious and nutritious meal that you and your family can enjoy.

It is also a nutritious vegetable often used in Asian cooking. The bark is edible and full of nutrients. Gourd Luffa is low in calories but high in dietary fiber, making it an excellent choice for digestive health. Additionally, it contains vitamins and minerals such as iron, magnesium, and calcium. It is beneficial for various health conditions. We all know that potatoes are also full of nutrients.

Required Ingredients...

🍀 Gourd Luffa peels.
🍀 two potatoes cut into small pieces.
🍀 1 teaspoon of crushed chili powder.
🍀 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
🍀 Salt as needed.
🍀 1 Teaspoon of sugar.
🍀 A little chopped onion.
🍀 Some curry leaves.
🍀 A few cinnamon sticks.
🍀 A little bit of finely chopped garlic.
🍀 2 cardamom pods.
🍀 3 tablespoon of coconut oil.

Method of making...

First wash the Gourd Luffa skins and potatoes well. Cut the Gourd Luffa skins into small pieces.
Also cut the potatoes into small pieces. Also, finely chop the onions and garlic.

Then take a vessel and add 3 tablespoons of coconut oil to it and let it heat. After the oil heats up, add the garlic. Next, add potato pieces, cardamom, turmeric powder and salt and mix well. Keep mixing it until the potatoes are cooked well.

After the potatoes are boiled well, add curry leaves, chopped onions, and crushed chili powder. Mix everything well. If the amount of oil is not sufficient, you can add a little more oil.

Then add Gourd Luffa peels to it and mix it well. Leave it for about 3 minutes and remove from the heat.
