Good evening to all my Hive friends, how are you? Today, I prepared a nutritious and delicious curry to enjoy with rice. Raw papaya is an ingredient that is often overlooked in everyday cooking, but it has so much to offer. This recipe is simple, yet flavorful, with the addition of spices and coconut milk that enhance its taste.
The nutritional value of raw papaya is impressive, as it is rich in fiber, which supports digestion and intestinal health. Additionally, it is a great source of vitamins A and C, both of which are essential for immune function and skin health. Today, I've prepared this curry in a unique way. So, let's see how to make it step by step.
Required Ingredients...
🍀 1 Raw papaya.
🍀 A little chopped onion.
🍀 curry leaves.
🍀 A piece of rampe.
🍀 About 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped.
🍀 3 cup of coconut milk.
🍀 1 teaspoon of chili powder.
🍀 1 teaspoon of curry powder.
🍀 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
🍀 1 teaspoon of fried curry powder.
🍀 1/2 teaspoon of mustard powder.
🍀 1/2 teaspoon of fenugreek seeds.
🍀 1/2 teaspoon of pepper powder.
🍀 Salt as needed.
🍀 2 tablespoon of rice.
🍀 3 cloves .
🍀 2 cardamom pods.
🍀 A few pepper seeds.
🍀 3 tablespoon of grated coconut.
🍀 Two cinnamon sticks.
🍀 1 tablespoon of coconut oil.
Method of making.
1 Step.
First, remove the skin of the papaya, cut it into small pieces, wash it and keep it separately.
2 Step.
Then add mustard powder, pepper powder, curry powder, fried curry powder, turmeric powder to the cut papaya pieces and mix well and keep it separately.
3 Step.
Next, take a pan and place it on the stove to heat up. Once the pan is hot, add the rice grains and stir them for about a minute. Then, add the grated coconut and continue to fry it for a short while. After that, add the cloves, cardamom, and pepper seeds, frying the mixture until it turns a deep, rich black.

Next, all these fried items were finely ground using a traditional grinding stone.
5 Step.
Then add the prepared mixture to about 1 cup of coconut milk, mix it and keep it separately.
In the meantime, finely chop onions and garlic.
6 Step.
Then take a bowl and put it on the stove and add a tablespoon of coconut oil it. Once the oil is hot, add fenugreek seeds to it. Add garlic, onion, curry leaves, ramp and fry for about a minute.
7 Step.
Then, add a pinch of chili powder to the mixture and stir well. Add the prepared papaya pieces and pour in 2 cups of coconut milk. Stir everything together and cook for about 20 minutes, making sure to stir occasionally to allow the flavors to blend evenly.
8 Step.
After 20 minutes, add the reconstituted coconut milk mixture. Mix it well and cook for about 5 minutes. Remove it from the heat.
