This dry potato curry is my favorite vegan breakfast dish and is very minimalistic to make just requires following for serving one person.
- 2 potatos
- Half glass of water
- One teaspoon salt
- Half teaspoon zeera
- vegetable oil one table spoon
The method is super simple just peel off the potatos skin then make them into small pieces. Put in a pot then put half glass water, one teaspoon salt and half teaspoon zeera no tomatoes, onions, chilli or any spice required.
Once the water is dried put some vegetable oil and cook for a minute and now you can serve with paratha enjoy.
Please note that there is a reason I called it non spicy and dry plus minimalistic as well as it is super easy and requires so little ingredients please do try it and let me know.
