Was inspired by my friend @mypathtofire who recently posted in this awesome community after looking at other posts I noticed introverts who do not want to share their selfies are welcome here and I didnt see this rule on the community page as well so I am here with my lays potato chips the healthier version here with you all.
You see I washed 4 potatos with clean water but never peeled off this awesome vegetables skin as it has so many vital vitamins and is so tasty when fried.
Am using a deep frier that cost us 33 dollars.
Am putting in some vegetable oil in it.
Using a sharp kitchen knife to start cutting in circle format.
I switched on the deep frier
I kept the timer on 20 minutes and it turns out the fried potato chips are ready to be served with just salt as we are out of ketchup. My children are really going to enjoy this real potato chips that are thousand times more healthy than lays one and also a million times more tasty cause trust me I eat this vegetable dish every day.
