Cauliflower is one of my favorite vegetables. I love to feed this vegetable to my family and eat it myself. That's why it was important for me to tell you some healthy things about cauliflower. Because I love my family as much as I do. Likewise, I love everyone's family very much. The importance of vegetables as part of everyone's health is immense. Cauliflower is generally rich in vitamins A and B C. Cauliflower is especially rich in sulfur like phosphorus, potassium, and calcium, along with iron, which is essential for the body. And contains sulfur like calcium. Which plays a very important role for the human body. Cauliflower florets and leafy greens are rich in calcium. You can take this cauliflower as a daily green food. Above all, this cauliflower fills up the lack of calcium in the human body. Moreover, cauliflower plays an important role in preventing cancer. You can enjoy this cauliflower while being connected with your family with joy and comfort. Cauliflower helps produce white blood cells. Cauliflower has many benefits in reducing bad cholesterol in the human body. A very tasty and good food for diabetics and high blood pressure patients in the human body. So you can eat this cauliflower for the health of the family. We choose al sabzi as our daily daily food. Potatoes generally help in digestion along with strengthening the easy cure for gum problems and prevent kidney stones.

Necessary Equipment:-

Cauliflower 300 grams
250 grams of potatoes
7/8 of green chillies
Quantitatively yellow
Amount of cumin
120 grams of onion
80 grams of garlic
70 grams of soybean oil
Gura masala quantity
Salt in moderation
250 ml of water

Step by step making plan

First I showed a selfie with cauliflower

Here I have tried to combine all the required ingredients. Here I have peeled the potatoes well. Peeled the garlic well and discarded the chilli flakes. I cut the roots of the cauliflowers with two knives.

I broke the cauliflowers one by one with great feeling. and placed in a pot.

Here we have tried to showcase potatoes and cauliflower along with onions and chillies in the exhibition.

Here I washed all the necessary ingredients well in the sink. Tried to show washed materials. After that I finely chopped the onion and green chillies. Attempting to cut potatoes into cubes with great feeling.

I put it in the oven. Then set fire to the stove. After that I sauteed the ingredients of onion, green chillies.

Here I have fried jia turmeric salt with 80 grams of oil. I have fried all the required ingredients. And put the potatoes in the pan

Then I sauteed the cauliflower and mixed it well. Clean cooking gives a healthier feel after all.

After mixing all the ingredients well, add 250 mm of water. Again I combined well. After that I have mixed it well with powdered spices. Covered and kept for 10 minutes. Here I have shown a selfie with the stove with the curry.
