In our Bangladeshi language, we call it Dhendras. Although it has an English name, Lady's Finger. And the scientific name of this green vegetable is Abelmoschus esculentus, you can eat it to save energy above all to stay healthy. Which is a great way to add calcium to the entire human body.
Step by step making plan
Here first I have showcased a selfie with ladies finger.
