I prefer to pick and buy green vegetables from the market with ease. Although vegetables are usually mostly free of formalin. We can tell by the color and freshness of green vegetables. We can achieve different ways to buy good vegetables from the market. We will buy vegetables especially if the outer part of the vegetable is clean or the vegetable has a base. I absolutely love sweet pumpkin. Because it contains a natural sweetener that is really effective for the human body. Diabetics can also enjoy this sweet pumpkin.
Necessary Equipment:-
sweet pumpkin 350 grams
potato 260 grams
Coriander leaves 30 grams
Chilli 8/10 pitch
Onion 250 grams
Garlic 100 grams
Salt in moderation
Like the amount of powdered masala
Soybean oil 80 grams
Water 130 grams
Cinnamon 5 grams
Cumin 5 grams
Step by step making plan
First I showed a selfie with a sweet pumpkin. After that, I cleaned all the necessary materials. I washed all the necessary materials with clean water. Next I cut the potatoes and sweet pumpkin into cubes. Next I cut the onions, green chillies, garlic, coriander leaves into fine slices.

Here I have added 80 grams of soybean oil. Next I added cinnamon and cumin 10 grams. Then add onion, green chillies and garlic ingredients to the pan. Here I have given quantity of turmeric, then salt to taste. Let us move on to the next step.

Here I have added 130 grams of water. Curries are meant to be thickened and in smoothie form.
Here I have added powdered masala as needed. Then I fried the sweet pumpkins. After that, I fried the coriander leaves. After that I have combined well.
I put a lid on the pan. I reduced the heat in the oven with a lid and kept it for 10 minutes. After mixing it again, I kept it for 10 minutes with a lid.
Then we open the lid and see that all the cooking of our vegetables is done. Let's talk about serving goals below.
