I ask all of you to pray for my daughter. He was three years old but a little sick but suddenly developed a fever of 105 degrees during the night. It was very difficult for my family to handle him. Now he is a bit healthy, everyone pray for him. However, it is not right to share something personal with such food. But I think it is not wrong to ask everyone for prayers. Teasel gourd is one of the well-known green vegetables in our city. These vegetables are rich in vitamins which are essential for the overall health of the human body. Although generally a winter vegetable, it is available fairly early in winter. I have loved Teasel gourd since childhood. It was once one of the favorite curries. Although now a little more vegetables are eaten but in combination. I like to eat different vegetables on different days. Teasel gourd helps digestion as it is rich in fiber. Teasel gourd is full of vitamin C and acts as a natural antioxidant in the human body. Which helps to reduce the risk of cancer by removing toxins from the human body. Teasel gourd contains numerous nutrients including beta carotene, alpha carotene and lutein. Which above all helps to reduce the skin and age impression of the human body. Retains the youthfulness of the skin with a wonderful feeling. Long Coriander or Bilati Coriander is mainly harvested during the Kharif season. The young leaves act as an anti-allergic agent in the stomach. It increases appetite stimulating digestion and relieves stomach pain, diarrhea, dyspnea and colic problems and reduces gas production. This leaf has numerous other benefits. Potatoes are a part of our daily diet. Do not go without potatoes.

Potatoes 190 grams
Soybean oil 90 grams

In our Bangladeshi language we are popularly known as Kankrol. But its English name is Teasel gourd/spine gourd/kantola, its scientific name or family is Cucurbitaceae.
Step by step making plan
First we demonstrated a selfie with all the necessary materials. Then we peel the potatoes well with great feeling. After that we cleaned and peeled the onion, garlic and green chillies. Long Coriander roots are cut and kept aside.
Here we will separate the seeds of the Teasel gourds and cut them lengthwise with great feeling.

All materials were thoroughly washed with clean water. First I showed a selfie with potatoes. Here we cut the Teasel gourds into cubes with great feel. After that I cut the Long Coriander thinly. Next we cubed the potatoes and cut them into nice sizes
Here we finely cut the ingredients of onion, green chillies and garlic into great size.

Here we put 90 grams of soybean oil in the oven. Sauteed onion chili ingredients. Salt and turmeric along with required cumin. And combined. When all the required ingredients turn light red. I will fry the cubed potatoes here. And mix well again.be done. We go to the final step.
Here we combine all the previous ingredients well in a pan.Next we fried the Teasel gourds.And again well combined.
Here we have added 250 ml of water. After that I gave the masala ingredients. Shown a selfie with the necessary materials. After that add the Long Coriander to the pan and mix it well.
