Paratha is ready to enjoy.
Served it with curd , pickle or green chilli and enjoy 😋
⭐⭐⭐ Tips ⭐⭐⭐ :
When you grate the carrot, squeeze water properly. Otherwise you face the difficulty in rolling the Paratha.
Use that water while making the dough. It will taste better and there will be no shortage of nutritions.
Knead a dough neither too soft nor too hard.
Add species in the carrot when you making the Paratha. Because if you add salt before then the stuffing will become watery.
Always cook food with good mood. If any thoughts trouble you listen the music and enjoy the cooking.
