1 tablespoon of cornstarch
8 tablespoons of flour
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
4 tablespoons of granulated sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
50 ml cooking oil
Step Cooking

Prepare the coconut milk, and dilute the coconut milk with 100 ml of water then add the sugar, stir until the sugar dissolves.

Add salt and stir again, then add soda and baking powder.

Add flour, little by little while stirring or in a mixer.

Then add the cornstarch, stir again until the flour dissolves.
Step 5
Add cooking oil, stir everything until everything blends perfectly.

Add pandan paste, stir evenly, and add to a baking sheet that has been smeared with butter and flour.
Step 7
Bake in preheated oven, bake at 160 degrees Celsius for 50 minutes, wait for it to cool and then remove from the mold.
