Happy Monday, friends of the Plant Power (Vegan) community, here
@sirenahippie! We're back this Easter week with an edition of Meatless Monday, and here we are to celebrate and recognize those delicious vegan recipes, which have been posted over the past 7 days making our meals a feast.
As always, I want to take advantage of this publication, to ask all those who make life in our community, to take into account the topics that can be published here, being these:
- Experiences with a vegan diet.
- Ethics of animal agriculture.
- How to grow a kitchen garden for your plant based food.
- The best herbs and spices to have in a vegan kitchen.
- Meat free Mondays - why they're a good idea.
We wanted to emphasize the importance of only using original content. I remind you that we do NOT accept photos or text from third parties, even if they are copyright free. We also remind them of the importance of not including animal products in their recipes, such as butter, eggs, honey, etc., the idea is that they share vegan recipes.
Also, it is important that you use the hashtag #plantbased #vegan. And we invite you to join the voting path, because every day we try to bring a little love to those valuable posts that are on the platform, no matter if they are not about food, it can be any other content, except those topics that oppose veganism.
We also want to announce that we are refunding part of the profits derived from the delegations of weekly curation rewards earned. We are very grateful for the great trust and support of our delegates, and at the same time we invite more of our community friends to make their delegations to @plantpoweronhive and/or join our curation trail, this way we will be supporting each other and growing in unison. Any amount is important to us.
Our gastronomic journey this week, will start with a delicious red pasta, then we will taste a colorful candil porridge, really colorful; then we will prepare a bunch of nachos that will serve us as food for a trip; then we will refresh our soul with agar agar dates. We will continue with a delicious soy beef stew with potatoes, and finish with an elegant braised stuffed tofu in black beans sauce. Let's travel the world with this delicious vegan gastronomic route, let's go for it!
In an interesting post, where
@jessiencasa tells us about her beginnings in the kitchen, she teaches us how to make a delicious pasta with beets, which she prepares from scratch. This dish is very interesting because it gives a twist to the beet, and takes it out of the context of salads and smoothies, to take it to be the protagonist of a stew. Let's get to know this tasty recipe!
The Muslim world is currently celebrating the month of Ramadan, and the diet of believers during this celebration is very traditional. In this sense
@ettydiallova brings us a sweet dish that is inspired by the national drink of Indonesia, and although she is currently not in her home country (Indonesia), she does not lose her roots and also celebrates Ramadan, and breaks the daily fast with this and other dishes. This recipe is very special, because it is prepared from sweet potato, which is colored and accompanied by a delicious coconut milk. Let's get to know this traditional recipe!
Forewarned is forearmed, so the saying goes, and
@tsunsica applies it to the letter, preparing some delicious nachos, which will serve as a snack to take in the lunchbox that will accompany you on an upcoming trip. It's amazing how with this recipe, she does something that seems complex to make, obtaining a great result. Let's get to know this practical recipe!
Another person who is celebrating Ramadan is
@umirais, who always brings us great recipes to the community; and this case is no exception, as he shared a post of a sweet preparation based on dates and agar-agar. She, besides offering a very detailed step-by-step of the process, tells us about all the benefits that dates and agar-agar bring, especially for people who break this fast. Let's get to know this excellent recipe!
Soy meat is a delicacy, and if it is well prepared, made with love and using rich seasonings and lots of flavor, it is even better. And it is a recipe for soy meat stewed with potatoes, which
@yraimadiaz shared with us this week, with a finger-licking stew, which we can accompany either with white rice or use it as a filling for pies and empanadas. Let's take a look at this delicious recipe!
I think this is the first time
@shinecrystalline has posted in our community, and she has brought a great recipe this time; which is inspired by her Chinese roots and as a tribute to her mom; and it is braised stuffed tofu in black beans sauce. In a beautiful post, with beautiful photos and a very detailed step by step, she offers us a nutritious vegan dish full of protein. Let's get to know this excellent recipe!
In this and every curation, we set one of our users as the beneficiary of the 5%. This time I have chosen @umirais for the quality of the content she shares with us, Hivers.
Delegations welcome!
