Today we publish other edition of the special curatorship, which will complement the MEATLESS MONDAY; that we have called: THE BEST OF THE WEEK. Our intention with this post is to recognize the best of the best of the posts that you, friends of Hivers, share weekly in our Plant Power (Vegan) community, selecting the top three recipes from the previous week; which on this occasion corresponds to the period from Wednesday, August 30; to Tuesday, September 5, 2023.

Each of the selected publications will be reviewed in this curatorship, and in turn, its author will be awarded 0.5 Hive, 50 $foodie token and 50 @ecency points, in order to give him/her a modest recognition for the excellence and quality of his/her work.

Bay Leaf Bowl with Cauliflower and Ear Mushroom Filling | by @nurfay

In search of nice and appetizing dishes for his mom, @nurfay has made this delicious dish, based on bay leaves, stuffed with cauliflower and mushrooms; to do this, @nurfay turns the mushrooms into noodles, and she also uses spices that give it a spicy and salty touch. This recipe is undoubtedly part of The Best of the Week!

🌿My vegan recipe today: Lentil Tofu🌿.[Eng][Esp] | by @elamaria

After having returned from a beautiful vacation, @elamaria has returned to the community to publish her recipes, and on this occasion, she shared a lentil-based tofu, which she had eaten in a restaurant. This delicious dish is very versatile, as it can be used in different preparations. This recipe is also part of The Best of the Week!

Plant based grilling- picnic in Montreal | by @carolynstahl

This week, taking advantage of the end of summer, @carolynstahl took us for a walk to the park near her house, where she and Mark had a barbecue. As always, in an entertaining post, with beautiful photos, she introduced us to this plant-based barbecue, where tofu was one of the stars, along with some delicious mushrooms with cherry tomatoes, among other vegetables. This was a nice and appetizing walk, which is why these recipes are also part of The Best of the Week!
