Hallo Freunde des gesunden Essens, heute mal ein Update aus meiner kleinen Pilzfarm. Das gesunde Essen kann jetzt in der Sommerzeit wieder richtig losgehen, im Winter wachsen die Pilze leider nicht. Meine drei Sorten machen sich dieses Jahr wieder sehr gut, die neue Genetik ist gefühlt viel aktiver als die Vorgänger. Über das Thema Sporenabdruck werde ich wohl auch nochmal einen Post bringen.Hello friends of healthy food, today times an update from my small mushroom farm. The healthy food can now really start again in the summer time, unfortunately, the mushrooms do not grow in the winter. My three varieties are doing very well again this year, the new genetics are felt much more active than the predecessors. About the topic spore print I will probably bring again a post.

Meine PomPoms sind grad ein gutes Beispiel für eine gute Ausbeute, pro Block erhält man meistens 3 Ernten. Die richtig großen Exemplare erhält man jedoch nur zu Anfang, die nächsten Erntewellen sind dann kleiner und der Block wird zunehmend anfälliger für Kontaminationen. Meine Besten Ergebnisse habe ich mal hier aufgelistet:My PomPoms are just a good example of a good yield, per block you usually get 3 harvests. The really big specimens, however, you get only at the beginning, the next harvest waves are then smaller and the block is increasingly susceptible to contamination. I have listed my best results here:

Die Ernten sind jedesmal ein Fest, die Mühe dahinter zahlt sich dann aus. Was mal als Hobby anfing ist mittlerweile zum festen Bestandteil in unserer Küche geworden, die Pilze kommen hier also sehr oft auf den Tisch. Fleisch kann wirklich durch diese Edelpilze ersetzt werden, der Geschmack und die Konsistenz kommt dem Geschmack von Fleisch schon sehr nahe.The harvests are a feast every time, the effort behind it then pays off. What once started as a hobby has now become a permanent fixture in our kitchen, so the mushrooms come here very often on the table. Meat can really be replaced by these noble mushrooms, the taste and consistency comes very close to the taste of meat already.

Die nächsten Pilze stehen aber schon in den Startlöchern, die King-Austernseidlinge sind wohl die nächsten an der Reihe. Shiitakes habe ich aber auch noch in der Pipeline, was ich wohl damit machen werde. Shiitakes kommen ja immer recht gleichzeitig, die Masse an Pilzen ist dann schon recht groß. Dieses Jahr werde ich mal versuchen Pilzpettis herzustellen, dann werden diese eingefroren. Ein Vorrat ist für den Winter nicht schlecht, die Zeit wird so dann überbrückt.But the next mushrooms are already waiting in the wings, the King oyster silkies are probably next in line. Shiitakes I have but also still in the pipeline, what I will probably do with it. Shiitakes always come at the same time, the mass of mushrooms is then already quite large. This year I will try to make mushroom pettis, then these are frozen. A stockpile is not bad for the winter, the time is bridged so then.

Ihr könnt also gespannt sein was hier noch kommen mag, ich zumindest bin es. Für ein passendes Rezept der Pettis werden wohl einige Versuche folgen, gute Ideen sind natürlich immer gut:-)So you can be curious what may come here, at least I am. For a suitable recipe of the Pettis will probably follow some attempts, good ideas are of course always good:-)

I love this mini mushroom farm you have at home, too bad where I live the climate is so hot, so I would hardly replicate this idea, but I love it when people can grow their own food. I have not had the pleasure of eating this variety of mushrooms, they must be very tasty. Thanks for posting your content in the Plant Power Vegan community. Regards.

Yes sometimes it is too hot for some mushrooms but normally PomPom and Shiitake don't have problems with it. Hope i could give some people the inspiration to make their own healthy food and thanks for stopping by. Regards
