INGREDIENTS

📍1 cup of yogurt

PROCEDURE
Here's how you can make the chutney:

In a blender or food processor, blend the coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilies, ginger, and garlic until you get a smooth paste.

Mix the green chutney paste with the yogurt and stir well.
Add salt, chaat masala (if using), and lemon juice to the bowl and mix well.

Taste the chutney and adjust the seasoning to your liking.
Transfer the chutney to a serving bowl and garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
This green chutney of yogurt is perfect as a dip for chips or veggies, and it goes well with dishes like samosas, kebabs, and sandwiches so you can try it with anyone according to your taste.
