Happy Sunday hivers and friends of vegan family ❤️! Hope you are all enjoying your Sunday where ever you are because Sundays are special days of the week when we get to enjoy all goodies alongside our loved 🥰 ones.
Today friends am back here with some delicious fluffy cakes 🥮 I made to treat the family for tea 🍵 this weekend. This recipe a combination of plant 🌱 based custard made from corn 🌽 maize and banana, edible salt, color sunset 🌅 yellow and all purpose flour as its base.
The banana in this custard is what attracted me mostly when I came across it while shopping 🛍 during the week because it has a very delightful aroma and flavor that I love to taste in any recipe I use it for from my kitchen. And since the weekend is for delicious and delightful desserts 🍮, snacks and cakes 🥮, I decided to try out this custard in today’s recipe with some dark chocolates. I tell you friends it came out so delicious.
Let me take you along the preparation of this recipe with every step by step.
INGREDIENTS:
300 g of all purpose flour
100 g corn 🌽 maize banana 🍌 custard
1/2 glass of dissolved cocoa
2 tablespoons of margarine
4 tablespoons of premium sugar
1/2 teaspoon of yeast
1/4 edible salt
1/2 teaspoon of cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon of tropical 🐠 essence
Dark chocolate with banana
STEPS FOR PREPARATION:
Step 1.
First thing is to prepare the yeast, adding some premium sugar help it rise. Stir and cover.
Step 2.
I will take the flour into a bigger bowl, adding the custard to it.
Step 3.
Next I will add salt, cocoa powder, and sugar. And will stir them together to incorporate.
Step 4.
The tropical 🐠 essence I will add. Adding also the margarine.
I will use the tips of my fingers to incorporate it in evenly.

To mix into soft batter, I will add the yeast milk 🥛, stir gradually, adding also the the mixed cocoa .
Will mix into a smooth dough batter kind finishing as here above.
Step 6.
I will take it for cutting , into two, then in triangle , introducing the chocolate.
As here above cut to pieces.
Step 7.
To mold I will oil my palm, taking the dough will flatten it and will add the chocolate to it, then will mold roll it.
Step 8.
Placing them into a glazed baking pan.
And will allow for 15 minutes to rise a bit. As shown here above
Step 9.
And will take it in for baking for 20 minutes at 180 Celsius.
Step 10.
And once time elapsed, I checked and it was all ready. Fresh with lots of aroma. Golden, soft and fluffy. Looking appetizing and delicious 🤤
