Hello friends. Lately, I've started to like to add more vegetables to my menu every day. I became more interested in eating more vegetables because vegetables not only helped me lose weight but also made me feel lighter. And how do you feel? Do you often add more vegetables to your menu?
Today I want to share with you a new recipe. I hope it's new to you and saves you from thinking about tomorrow's menu. Salad is one of the dishes that are easy to make, easy to eat and fast, right, and especially very good for health. So please join me in making this dish!
The ingredients of the dish include:
- Apple: 1 fruit
- Banana: 1 fruit
- Sesame oil for salads
- Lettuce
- 1-2 cucumbers
- Quail eggs: 5 eggs
- Purple cabbage
- Carrot: 1 piece
- Roasted sesame seeds
Making:
Step 1: Boil quail eggs in hot water for about 3 minutes, then you take them out and put them in a bowl of water to soak for 3-5 minutes to make them easier to peel, then peel and cut them in half.
Step 2: Cut purple cabbage, take only 1/4 of the purple cabbage and use a specialized knife to cut them into thin, small fibres like in the photo. Then rinse them again with diluted salt water and wait for them to drain in a colander.
Step 3: Peel the carrots and wash them with water. So is the lettuce. Peeled cucumber. All were washed with diluted salt water and drained.
Step 4: Cut the carrots into small pieces, you can grate them, or prune them into flowers like me.
Step 5: Chop the lettuce as shown in the photo. Peel the apples, remove the seeds, and cut them into cubes. The Banana is also cut into small pieces as shown in the photo.
Step 6: Add all ingredients to a glass bowl and start mixing them well, add sesame seeds and mix well. Finally, put it on a plate and add a special sauce for salad on top and you're done.
The taste of the food you will taste is; The sour taste of the sauce, the sweetness of banana, apple, sesame... Let's eat it with rice, it will be delicious. I wish you success with the recipe that I share.
