Grated Coconut Fried Cassava Cake

Fried coconut flour grated sweet potato cake is a very popular name in Aceh, enjoyed with a cup of warm coffee will make the atmosphere different both in taste and weather.
This cake has a soft and sweet texture, it's no wonder that this one preparation is also in demand by many people, especially me personally.



maybe some of my friends in this community have never made and tried sweet potato cakes prepared like this, but I'm sure if you enjoy this cake there will be a taste that makes this cake comfortable on the tongues of all friends.

This cassava cake has been a typical aceh food since ancient times, the taste has also never been different either before or now when it is prepared with ingredients like the one I am showing, what distinguishes the taste of the cake depends on the sugar and also the presentation.



🌸 ingredients:

◾ 800 grams of Cassava

◾6 tablespoons of sugar.

◾1/2 teaspoon salt.

◾300 grams of flour.

◾200 grams of grated coconut.

🌸how to make:

💠 Clean the Cassava skin, then wash thoroughly, cut into several pieces, and boil with boiling water until completely cooked and easy to pound.

💠 add 1 tablespoon of salt, to boil the sweet potato.

💠 Mash the Cassava until it's really smooth and soft.

💠 add grated coconut.

💠 add salt.

💠 add sugar, mix well.

💠 after all the ingredients are put together, round the dough according to taste, here I made dough with a round shape.

💠 prepare the flour, add a little salt.

💠 add sugar 1 teaspoon.

💠 add water to 50 grams of flour, (adjust the water according to the size of the flour so you can dip the dough that has been printed, don't be thick and don't be too runny).

💠 heat the cooking oil, put the dough that has been dipped in flour, when it's cooked you can remove it, do it repeatedly until the dough runs out.

💠 prepare and serve.
