3Speak Creator Studio DOWN
- 3Speak Creator Studio was down for 3-4 hours.
- As soon as I woke up, I saw messages in #issues-support channel in 3Speak discord server.
- I also noticed couple of messages from @eddiespino regarding the same.
- I restarted 3Speak Creator Studio & I have also restarted all of my video-encoder nodes
- With this issue seems to be resolved & I see new uploads from users now.
Actions to Prevent this happening from Future
- I have started giving Knowledge sharing sessions to @eddiespino.
- Thanks to @eddiespino for showing interest in technical things even though he isn't having technical background.
- I have explained him different commands with which he can ssh to server, take a look at logs of server & restart specific services.
- To motivate him, I have added him as 20% beneficiary to this post.
- With this, I strongly believe that, even when I am asleep, he will be able to take care of such down time which happened yesterday.
- As soon as @vaultec provides him necessary access, he will be in position to handle such situations
