Hello good people of God, today I wish to share what bothers be as a fellow Christian, so let's spread love. This publication however does not intend to push in any disturbing effects but rather in hopes to pass out knowledge to my fellow Christian brothers and sisters. Your contributions are also okay to come in so I can learn from your perspective and as well maybe an addition to what I didn't mention. Now I will get started.
People hide under, “Judge not” to commit atrocities because they don’t want to be held accountable for their actions. But nobody has bothered to read the remaining portion of the scripture where the statement, “Judge not” emanated from. Christians are to hold one another accountable because we are ONE BODY. What you do as a part of the body will affect others directly or indirectly.
But when you sin freely and tell people not to judge, you are a danger waiting to happen to the rest of the body. That statement of “Judge not” is for hypocrites who judge others for the same sin they are committing. Stop misinterpreting the scripture so as to defend your ev!l deeds. You should speak the truth in love, and not draw back because you don’t want to judge.
Righteous judgement is valid. What Jesus Christ spoke against is hypocritical judgement. If you are doing hypocritical judgement, please, stop it. If you are being judged, examine yourself first. Examine your motive, actions and the kind of fruits you are producing to be sure they are not against the faith you are professing before telling people not to judge.
And for where the Scripture talked about, “Who are you to judge another man’s servant,” He was talking about the “motive” for which the servant is being judged not the fruits. Let me explain: If I choose to worship God on Saturday instead of Sunday, that verse says, do not condemn and judge me (because you do not know my motive). If I choose to eat only vegetables as a way of showing reverence to God (motive) do not judge nor condemn me.
You are not to judge me at that time for two reasons: you don’t know my motive and I’m not doing it for you but for my Lord. Moreover, I haven’t sinned in doing so. False Christians grow to become false prophets and teachers. These two places I explained in the Scripture are their defense mechanism for controlling the people and perpetuating their w!ckedness.
