In a world full of tribulations, it is in Jesus Christ that we will see peace. We are seeing many tribulations. There are many problems but with God we shall overcome.
John 16:33 (KJV) These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.
Many things cause us trouble in this world. Many people suffer tribulations because of their sins. When someone lives in sin, the consequences of his or her sin will bring tribulations to the person. Someone who steals could suffer for stealing. If someone drinks and get drunk, he will suffer for what he is doing. So, sin causes tribulations for people.
Hebrews 5:8 (KJV) Though he were a Son, yet learned he obedience by the things which he suffered;
Tribulations can also come to the christians who are living in a godly way. God allows such people to suffer because their suffering can bring them perfection. We see in the Bible that even Jesus Christ learnt obedience by the things which he suffered.
1 Peter 5:10 (KJV) But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you.
Tribulations might not last forever. It is God’s will that when we have suffered awhile, we should be made perfect. God will console us in every tribulation which we find ourselves.
