MASS INDOCTRINATION DAY 4 21ST APRIL 2022

Summary of what I learnt from the teachings of Brother Eli on our Mass indoctrination held on zoom.
Praying is making your request known to God. when praying we should pray for only what we need at that particular time. and making our request known to God should be accompanied with thanks giving. In the Bible thanks giving is included because if you ask from God you should be sure you will get it.

Mark 11:24 This portion of the Bible is telling us that when ever we pray and ask God for something. have the belief that you have received it, and what ever you asked God for will be given to you

Philippians 4:6 This scripture is telling us that we should not worry about anything, that we should ask God what we need in all our prayers. and when you are making your request known to God you should do it with a thankful heart.

If you have the belief that what ever you are praying for will be answered by God and you do it in a proper way in accordance with the Bible without having grudges against anyone your prayers will not be hindered.
Prayer is a request and not story telling, it God's commandments for us to pray before we eat.

Matthew 15:36 This portion of the Bible is telling us that Jesus and his disciples prayed before eating in the Bible. when jesus took seven loaves of bread and fish he have tusks thanks to God before he gave the loaves and fish to the disciples and the disciples gave them to the people.
when we pray before we eat God blesses the food.

1 Timothy 4:4-5 This portion of the Bible is telling us that everything God created is good. nothing that God created is to be rejected, so we should receive everything with thanks giving prayer. if we dob this our prayer will be acceptable to God because of the word of God.

A lot of Christians only pray when they are sick, going through difficult time or in need, once they get what they want calling on God's name becomes an history but once there is another problem they fun back to him.

1 Thessalonians 5:17 This scripture in the bible is self explanatory. The Bible made it short and simple here. we should learn to pray at all times according to the Bible.

We are inviting you to join the Bible Readers community that study the words of God and also earn some reward by making our reactions on it. We can check this link https://peakd.com/c/hive-182074/trending

Thanks be to God for listening on our meeting.

MCGI Cares (Hive) community's main mission is to share the words of God, not the Hive upvotes. If we get upvotes, please treat it as just a bonus. Do not focus mainly on material things as the bible is teaching us not to look at things seen but rather focus our eyes on things not seen.

II CORINTHIANS 4:18
While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.
