Bienvenidos a mi blog ππ½ββοΈβ€οΈ
Welcome to my blog ππ½ββοΈβ€οΈ
πΊπ²Hello beautiful #hairworld community ππ½ββοΈ I am pleased to be here for the first time to participate in this fabulous initiative and tell you the story of my hair through the years. It hasn't been easy to get to the point where I am today because with my hair there were some good times and some not so good times. But as everything in life is constant learning, just as I messed up many times, I also learned the lesson of what tricks to do more often to keep it healthy, beautiful and long.
π 1. ΒΏQuΓ© tipo de cabello tienes?
What kind of hair do you have?
πͺπΈ Mi cabello en sus dos versiones: lacio y rizado // πΊπ² My hair in its two versions: straight and curly
My hair has always been frizzy, curly or wavy, whatever you want to call it. As a child I remember that I didn't like to comb my hair. My grandmother had a white comb (which she still has), she would rub a little coconut oil on my hair and she would sit with me every afternoon to braid my hair so that I would be well groomed. I hated her combing my hair because since I didn't comb it myself, when my grandmother did it, untangling my hair was horrible. I cried a lot.
π 2. ΒΏEstΓ‘s conforme con tu estilo de cabello? ΒΏSΓ? ΒΏNo? ExplΓcanos el por quΓ©.
Are you happy with your hairstyle? Yes? No? Explain to us why.
πͺπΈ Rizado o lacio, Β‘Yo amo mi cabello! // πΊπ² Curly or straight, I love my hair!
Since I was a little girl, I dreamed a lot about having my hair straight. I would take a pink washcloth and put it on my head and say I was "Barbie Hollywood Pink Hair".... Imagine the trauma of growing up with curly hair. When I reached puberty I remember clearly that when I was 11 or 12 years old I was given my first hair straightening treatment. It was a very strong hair treatment that if you weren't careful, you could even lose your hair. Now that I remember, when I applied it the first time, after a few days I got scabs caused by how abrasive the chemical was. I spent many years of my life applying this product until I learned about Keratin and Hair Surgery. Today, I am more flexible with my hair. I can wear it straight or curly and I feel good either way.
While I was in high school I remember from freshman to junior year, I used to use Rolda styling gel or either Pantene or Drene styling cream to define my curls. I didn't love my curls but I tried to take care of them. When I went to high school, I used to comb it more. I liked to flat iron it and go to class flawless. At that time, having neat hair was very important to me.
π 3. ΒΏQuΓ© te gustarΓa cambiar de tu cabello y por quΓ©?
What would you like to change about your hair and why?
πͺπΈ Mi cabello brillante y sedoso β¨ // πΊπ² My hair shiny and silky β¨
I like to wear my hair long but during the time I lived in Venezuela it was not possible. I used to flat iron my hair a lot for aesthetics and it was rare to see me with curly hair. I grew up with the belief that having straight hair was the most beautiful thing a woman could wear. In addition to this, the quality of hair products was no longer the same. By the Crisis of 2017, you couldn't get quality products and if you did get them, they were cheap copies that didn't have the same effect.
I have always used Pantene brand products. The three quick care and repair ampoules were love at first sight. My hair started to grow a little longer when I alternated one week of flat ironing and the other resting. I also applied a lot of Farmatodo ampoules that I mixed with my frequent use cream bath. I also rubbed some essential oil on my hair on the weekends and tried as much as possible not to flat iron it so much.
π 4. De los cortes que te has hecho ΒΏcuΓ‘l es el que mΓ‘s te ha gustado? Si tienes fotos, muΓ©stralas.
Of the haircuts you've had, which one did you like the most? If you have pictures, show them.
πͺπΈ Corte de cabello tipo Selena. Me deje influenciar por la fiebre de la serie π€ // πΊπ² Selena haircut. I was influenced by the fever of the series π€
By the beginning of 2019, my hair had grown quite a bit. It grew even more when I emigrated from the country. I started using better quality products and choosing and changing hair treatments was no problem. I continued to apply my hair surgery and kept my hair straight. The longest stage of my hair has been during and after pregnancy until today. I cut the ends of my hair myself and I have a good hand because it has grown quite a bit. But I'm currently going through the period where my hair is falling out again, I'm seriously thinking of keeping it short to shoulder length. Because the weight of my hair makes my neck hurt and when I wear it tied up in a high or low bun, it still hurts my head and having a demanding baby almost 4 months old, I don't have enough time to take care of my hair. I try as much as possible to keep the same care routine but sometimes it's almost impossible. Also, I haven't had hair surgery for a long time. The frizz and abundant volume in my hair drive me crazy but I have also learned to accept my hair and wear it as it is. When I need to style it I use products that keep my hair straight after application but they are short-lived. I don't use anything invasive or dangerous because I am breastfeeding and would not put my baby's health at risk.
π 5. ΒΏViviste alguna experiencia peculiar con tu cabello que te ha marcado? Si es asΓ, cuΓ©ntanos tu historia.
Did you live any peculiar experience with your hair that has marked you? If so, tell us your story.

When I entered college it was unusual to see me with my hair unstyled. I liked to flat iron it because it was easier to wear and it saved me a lot of time getting ready for class. One day I was on my way to meet some friends and my boyfriend at the time and I stopped by a hair salon first, I had already planned to get my hair cut but I didn't go to my usual hairdresser. I went to a very famous salon where I live and decided to give it a try. π¨ Mistake #1! π¨ You shouldn't cut your hair before an important event if you don't know what you want. Supposedly the person who cut it for me gave me a cut that was trending in Argentina. She cut it so short that I had to resign myself to it. I had never worn my hair so short in my life. I wasn't happy with the result but there was no turning back. By the time I got to the site, my friends and boyfriend saw me and were shocked by the change. They didn't like it and it didn't take long for their opinions to be expressed. Then I had the bright idea to mix two desrriz. π¨ Mistake #2! π¨ I almost went bald. I had to wear my hair very short for quite some time. It was the second time I wore it like that. I was finishing my TSU studies in Chemical Processes and my graduation ceremony was coming up. And yes, I was studying chemistry and it was unforgivable that mistake I made by mixing the two desrriz π
π ΒΏQuΓ© tipo de iniciativas te gustarΓa ver en la comunidad?
What kind of initiatives would you like to see in the community?
πͺπΈ Usando ambos estilos, para mΓ no hay dΓas de cabello malo // πΊπ² Wearing both styles, there are no bad hair days for me.
I would like to see easy hairstyle initiatives for all ages and what products you have used to improve the look of your hair depending on your hair type.
I say goodbye with the news that I may make the decision this coming weekend to let this long hair disappear so that my neck and head feel much better and the aches and pains disappear. This way I also avoid my baby pulling my hair so much and getting it tangled between her precious little fingers. I would like to invite @nathyortiz, @lunaticanto, @imsaray and @audiarmisg to participate.
